Terms of Service — Lumentrace

1. Preview Disclaimer

Lumentrace is currently in a preview / beta phase. Features, interfaces, and APIs may change without notice. We do not guarantee continuity of service or feature availability. Preview access may be revoked at any time.

2. License

A Lumentrace license is personal, non-transferable, and non-resalable. You may not sub-license, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer your license to any third party. The number of devices on which you may activate the software is specified in your license.

3. Trial / Preview Access

Trial and preview licenses are granted at our discretion and are limited to the period specified. They are not intended for continuous commercial use without an active standard license. We reserve the right to discontinue trial licenses at any time.

4. Demo Mode

The built-in demo mode is provided free of charge with no registration required. Demo mode is limited to 1 tracker, 5 patched fixtures, no project save/load, and 90-minute sessions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Use in live production environments is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gabriele Baudo and Lumentrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on this site. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
