Rise Mode

Rise Mode applies a tilt correction offset when a performer moves vertically on stage — for example when climbing stairs or a raised platform.

Without Rise Mode, the camera sees vertical movement as a 2D shift on the feed; the fixture needs a different tilt compensation to stay on target. Rise Mode lets you dial in that correction interactively during the show.

Using Rise Mode

With a tracker active, scroll the mouse wheel over it on the canvas to increase or decrease the rise offset. Scroll up to add upward compensation; scroll down to reduce it.

Resetting rise

  • Middle-click the tracker to reset its rise offset.
  • Shift+R resets the rise offset for the active tracker.

Settings

Rise sensitivity (how much each scroll step adjusts the offset) and rise reset time (how quickly the offset fades back on reset) are configured in the Tracking Settings panel on the right side of the workspace.
